Jamie Ray Alfaro AKA Jamie Ray Basham, 40, 903 Fair St., #8, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), first-degree promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Jose Javier Ruiz Tirado, 51, 1960 Wiltshire St., Apt. A, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (third offense within 10 years), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no or expired registration plate, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.
