HORSE CAVE Garland C. Hay, 89, of Horse Cave died at 4 a.m. Sept. 30, 1999, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.The Green County native was a retired farmer and a member and deacon emeritus of Horse Cave Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Arcian Hay and Etna Pierce Hay and husband of the late Eleanor Hay.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Winn Funeral Home with burial in Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.Survivors include a son, Kenneth Hay of Horse Cave; two daughters, Noreida Reesor of Radcliff and Brenda Culbertson of Charlotte, N.C.; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
