Green Mechanical Construction Inc., headquartered in Glasgow, has announced the successful acquisition of Glasgow’s HVAC Services Inc., a leader in the residential and commercial HVAC industry across southcentral Kentucky. 

The transaction was finalized June 30.

The companies share common ownership with GMCI’s majority shareholder, Don Baker, who was the sole owner of HVAC Services.
