SCOTTSVILLE — Adell Perry Wallace, 84, of Franklin died Oct. 1, 1999, at a Franklin nursing home.The Allen County native was a homemaker. She was a daughter of the late Elvis Perry and Esmer Fishburn Perry and wife of the late Arthur Wallace.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at T.W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Walkers Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
