Latravion Deshawn Browder, 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, four counts of receiving stolen property (firearm), trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds, firearm enhanced), trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces, firearm enhanced), second-degree possession of a controlled substance (firearm enhanced), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; $6,000 cash bond; first-degree fleeing or evading police, trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds, firearm enhanced), two counts of receiving stolen property (firearm), resisting arrest, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, person 18-20 in possession/purchase/attempt to purchase/have another purchase alcohol, speeding; $6,000 cash bond.

Kadin J. Jeffreys, 19, 260 Walnut Creek Drive, #F11, two counts of receiving stolen property (firearm); transfer bond.

Monty Dale Cherry, 50, 1583 Cambridge Way, #5, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana; transfer bond.

Luis Deleon AKA Luis Deleon-Merida, 43, 1856 Loop St., #71, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (victim less than 12 years of age), first-degree sexual abuse (victim less than 12 years of age), first-degree indecent exposure; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Shawna Nichole Franklin, 34, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication; transfer bond.

Melissa K. Herron, 52, Huntsville, Alabama, trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds), following another vehicle too closely, careless driving; notice to appear.

Juan Carlos Lique, 29, Huntsville, Alabama, trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds); notice to appear.

Marcus Wayne Higgs, 31, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (firearm enhanced), possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Deonquez Deshaun Hollowell, 33, 376 Pascoe Blvd., #11, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $3,500 cash bond concurrent with another indictment.
