Barren County junior Skylar Potter delivered a quality start to get the Trojans off to a solid beginning in District 15 play on Monday.

Potter pitched six scoreless innings to earn the win in Barren’s 2-0 road win at Warren East to help the Trojans open district play with a victory. Potter allowed just a pair of hits and three walks while striking out four batters.

“Really everything – my cutter, my slider, my fastball inside, it was all working for me really well,” Potter said.
